What's Included :

DURATION OF AGREEMENT: The model/family/party acknowledges and agrees that this agreement is binding on all heirs and assigns. Also acknowledges and agrees that this agreement is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws of The State of Florida, excluding the law of conflicts.

ALL SESSION INCLUDE minimum $125.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (This is only to hold your date and reserve time and is included into the fee. Any changing of the date once deposit is paid would only be upon availability base and is allowed 1 time Per deposit . PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UPON SEASON . TRAVEL Travel grace period consist of local Jacksonville Area and/or within 10 miles FREE outside of Duval County Lines that your $75.00 deposit fee covers. Each additional 10miles over the given 10 mile radius will consist of and additional $10.00 fee per 10 miles added to your final cut.

LATE FEE: All Clients are responsible or paying the remaining balance upon arrival of photographer at the scheduled event. If for some reason your balance has not been taken care by the starting of your event the photographer is not responsible for any time lost at the scheduled time .

If Needed clients will be given an 36hr grace period to close out account. Each Week after the 36hrs is up there will be an additional $20.00
